首先，企业想要进口肉制品，国外企业需要在有备案注册（俗称牌照，且在有效期内），这是前提条件。　　
1.国外供应商在质检总局注册过，就表示可以进口。这时候国外供应商需提供进口肉类的部位，中文标签，国外厂商注册号，毛重，净重这些，还需要提供进口肉类数量。这些文件的作用是在国内办理。　　
2.国外供应商还需要提供，货物清单，，卫生证这些资料。
