办理进口肉类产品收货人备案
1.填制进口肉类收货人备案申请表，提交营业执照、法人资料；
2.具备进出口权、食品经营资质
3.建立进口肉类销售记录制度、不合格产品追溯、召回和处理制度，加强食品安全员商位职责管理，在各*口岸开展进口肉类贸易。

进境肉类（猪肉、牛肉）准入名单
1.申请的动物或动物产品是否为禁止进境物；输出和途径国家或者地区有无相关的动物疫情；是否符合中国有关动物检疫法律法规和部门规章的规定；是否符合中国与输出国家或者地区签定的双边检疫协定（包括检疫协议、议定书、备忘录）等。
2.视申请进境动物、动物产品或特许审批物的不同，所需材料提供是否完整性和保持有效。
